Hailing from the beautiful surroundings of Blackdown Hill in West Sussex, our limited edition Bay Gin owes its extraordinary depth of flavour to a curated blend of 12 botanicals. Distilled seven times to ensure smoothness and refinement.
Originally created for the Grosvenor House Park Hotel, London in 2015 Blackdown Bay Gin is limited release gin that has been inspired by the botanicals grown at our distillery and Hyde Park in London.
Bay Laurel is an opulent herb creating a complex and full-bodied gin that complements our signature Silver Birch botanical.
To fully appreciate its singular taste, Blackdown Bay Gin is best enjoyed as a martini with Blackdown Silver Birch Vermouth, neat with a garnish or as part of a classic gin and tonic.
